At the University of Florida, I am enrolled in the Foreign Languages and Literatures French and Francophone Studies Bachelor of Arts program. I decided to study French because I have always wanted to learn multiple languages. I love learning about different cultures as well. French is a beautiful langauge and I have learned so much about France's culture and history. Through this program I gained comprehensive knowledge and insight about French cultural practices and traditions. I developed critical thinking, communication skills, and a cross-cultural understanding of the world. I hope to learn other languages like Japanese by applying the second language learning skills that I have acquired throughout my French studies.
